All around the city, there are posters, flag type things hanging off the street lamp (official government endorsed type things) with 'gay' icons such as the exposed (but covered) crotch, the motorcycles, etc. gearing up for Mardi Gras day happening at feb/march. It's something in the line of the new forum piccie.
